How Subscribe and Save works
When you choose Subscribe and Save at checkout you get 25% off every order plus free shipping, and your Mynta is delivered automatically each month so you never run out.
Billing
Your first order is charged when you place it. Each recurring order is then charged on the same day of the month, every month, using the payment method on file. You will receive an email reminder before every renewal.
Managing your subscription
You can manage everything yourself from the link in your order confirmation email or your account area. You may:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Reschedule your next delivery date
- Swap flavors between Cool Mint and Fresh Lemonade
- Change quantity or pouch size
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Pause or cancel at any time
Cancelling
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to affect that order. If a recurring order has already been processed, cancellation applies to future orders.
Prefer we handle it? Email support@try-mynta.com and we will cancel for you, with no calls and no retention scripts.
Price changes
Your subscription price is locked in at the discount you signed up with. If prices change we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry a few times over the following days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is paused automatically, no order is shipped and no further charges are made.
Refunds on subscription orders
Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Recurring orders that have already shipped are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
