Pricing and availability

Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders

Subscriptions
If you select Subscribe and Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Full terms are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Mynta name, logo, packaging design, text, images and video, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false, abusive or misleading content.
User content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm you own the rights to what you submit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
